Drawing your Ideas for a Better Business/Work Execution

Planning is actually an essential thing for every aspect of business and work. Planning requires Ideas and if you don't have an idea,it means that you don't have a plan yet.Let me share a method of mine which I personally use to have a better execution of a plan,which is drawing your ideas.

With drawing your ideas you get a particular vision and solid idea of what plans do you have. This might seem like a child's play but it actually works for me. You don't need to be an artistic person to do this,all you need to have is the sense of creativity and distinct vision of what outcome do you really want to achieve.

You can see here that my drawings are not good,but I can see those drawings move in my mind,creativity and imagination is at work in making my ideas and plans go to work.By doing this it gives you a more solid look on what output you want to achieve.

The benefit of doing this is, if ever you run out of ideas,you could just look back at the piece of paper you drew all your ideas and plans and it would give you an instant inspiration to move forward and proceed.

I suggest during your free time draw ideas that you would like to implement in the future,who knows,maybe these ideas of yours would be your next plan to execute a better business.

How to Unleash The Inner Blogger in You

These past few years I have been hesitating on starting my own blog. Honestly I am a shy type of person who would find it awkward to mingle with people,you might find me as an anti social dude,but there's something in me that wants the world to be a better place,a place where everyone's problems are easily solved. In other words and to make it simple,I want to help everyone solve their problems and the only way to do that is to make a blog.Back then I was too scared to start,I was locked in my own prison. I saw many people flourished because of blogging and heard many success of people making it in this kind of industry.

I have been asking myself questions back then,people who made it are probably masters of the craft. I forgot to ask myself that these people were also beginners like myself,after that everything has changed. My insights drastically changed,I developed a vision of what positive things would happen if I start immediately.

Today I will share the things that unleashed the hidden blogger in me. You might find this post funny but I would just like to share my experience and opinion towards this matter.

• Rid yourself with fears

My primary fear back then was,what if people would laugh at me,English is not my primary language and they might laugh at the way i portray my message,they might criticize my grammar,I'm not an expert I might not properly cater an answer for their queries and my most fear of all the feeling of rejection.

Overcoming these fears are really hard,it's really hard to get out of the extra ordinary and have a more useful purpose.All I actually did was to actually take action and wait for actual feedback from people who came across my blog.Surprisingly I received great feedback and all the fears were actually gone in an instant.It seriously unleashed the inner blogger in me.

• Action and Implementation

The hardest part of unleashing the blogger in you is action. We people are always prone to procrastination,we tend to do things later instead of now. I remember back then I was reading a book titled Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill,I was reading it and I never actually got he message there. I thought of it as a handbook with a step by step guide. I never actually got the message until one day, I reviewed the book and went back to square one. 

I was literally astounded by the truth stated on the book.Act now and stop procrastinating.Everyone has the potential of being creative, we must immediately take action to plan on what to do and let our creative minds at work.

• Plan,Visualize,Wonder

Planning is crucial. Planning is an essential and most important in blogging. I personally sketch and visualize the outcome of a posts. it literally gives something out of the box when you do this. With planning and visualizing,you practice the act of being creative. Treat every post as a Masterpiece. I see to it that what I publish is 100%. Planning let's you create a well thought post.every blogger says "Content is King" and this is where planning and visualization comes into play. to conclude this Planning,Visualizing and Sketching my Ideas tapped the creator in me.

• Take Breaks

There will always be a time where our motivation fades and frustration takes place instead of inspiration. The best way to overcome this is don't deprive yourself with long breaks. Taking a break is NOT slacking off. What i personally do is when I'm burned out with all the work, I turn off my laptop and move on to do none stress related things.Sometimes when you diverse your attention to fun things,You'll find new sense of motivation. Taking a break sometimes taps your inner creator, It gives new inspirations and creative Ideas.I forgot to tell you always bring a note and pen everywhere you go because ideas may come at times you least expect it.

• Always take an extra mile

Moving forward is the primary concept and reaching your goal is the success. Taking your craft an extra mile ,like blogging. I personally take things to the next level every single day. A new day means new things to be learned.An example of this concept would be a car that takes an extra mile sees more things than the car who stops at an earlier stop. Taking breaks and taking an extra mile might contradict but remember a car that takes an extra mile also overheats,taking a break is for everyone.

You can actually access Google+ on the go.We all know that facebook and twitter has a crappy application.You can see the download page of  Facebook and Twitter on playstore and you'll see many negative comments,some people would prefer third party apps of Facebook and Twitter,while Google+ has a solid android app that would rid you of headaches

If you already saw the presentation of Gregory Anderson (The Owner of Mobile Money Code),you will the notice the horrible acting he has portrayed.He even has videos of his son and daughter who rides the hype on his father's next ground breaking software,I forgot to mention he also had his wife in the presentation. The wife showed thousands of dollars into her account but it really makes me wonder,she already has thousands of dollars into her account and she did not even bother to go to a salon to have herself fixed.

In the presentation you will see that greg had people try his system on the spot.Greg showed them through a mobile phone and laptop the step by step procedures of his Mobile Money Code system. The first subject was a "History Teacher" around her 40's,Greg asked her if where does she want the program to be executed and the woman told him that she wants to run the code on her mobile phone.Greg then picks the phone up and shows her how to do it with just a few press and their done.Greg assumes that the woman would gain money to pay rent and bills.Greg told the viewers that setting up his program is easy as 1,2,3,Isn't it much of a hype?After a few minutes of Greg telling the viewers of how he found the product,he now returns to the lady to show the result.If you're wondering if what the results are the woman gained 200 us dollars by just setting up the program,Again I noticed the shitty acting these people portrayed.Moving on to subject 2,the guy announced himself as an internet marketer for 5 years.Greg ,then shows the program on a laptop. The procedure is also the same, he showed the guy the click start-up and you're done,just like subject 1.

If you're actually new to the internet,these kinds of marketing and advertisement is starting to get old already.Did I mention that he said that the program is Free? The truth is it's not free.I made this post to actually give knowledge to those people who wants to make a living online like me.

If you're wondering if this program is a scam,no,but if you're asking me if what he showed was true,my answer would be it's all LIES.

The truth and reality about the program are the following:

• There is no actually no moneymaking software like what he showed on his presentation
• The product is not free like what he stated in the video presentation,save your time if you're looking for something free.
• You need to pay $49,but if you try to leave the page i think 4 times and stayed they would trim the price to $9.
• Would it make you money the first minute like what he stated in the video? NO!
• You get the so called "BONUS",Still not free
• This product is bombarded with pricey up-sells
• You need to pay more to get more
• Greg teaches you things already taught by other people for free
• They will forward you to a so called "SPECIALIST" that would introduce ask you to buy a $5000 business model which is not proven to be profitable.
• The support line isn't 24/7
• Many users asked for a refund and until now they haven't had any response from the owner.
• You will see in the disclaimer  "in some cases, actors were used," if you'd look closely
• They focused more on marketing than the product
• Over hyped

Overall Conclusion
This system is not a scam but the marketing presentation is showered with lies and false hopes. If you're planning to make money online, I would not suggest this option. I would rather take the long path than take this so called "SHORTCUT" to reach success.

Cherry Mobile Flame 2.0 Problem and Review

I have been searching the internet about this phone and all I could find are just phone reviews which does not address it's problems.I bought this phone a few months back and at first it was really good. I am the type of person who takes care of all my belongings with intricate care and cautious handle.

I was wondering why the phone suddenly acted weird on me,I did not drop it or anything.I was surprised with the sudden issues this phone showed.This post is actually for people who wonders if there are people who are having the same issues with the Cherry Mobile Flame 2.0.

Before we show the problems,let us take a look at the Flame 2.0's specs:

it is running on the qualcomm snapdragon, I can actually play graphic intensed games on this one with no hiccups.

Back: 5mp with flash
It's an ok feature,in this phone don't expect hi-quality performance. It sometimes lags

this phone must be charged 2-3 times a day (If you're using it extensively)

Quite useful if you have 2 networks.


The following problems are in no particular order:

• Sudden Shutdown

During the first few weeks, the phone was pretty solid for a cheap price of P6,999.I have noticed that this problem occurs when i plug in the 3.5mm jack, just a few minutes then the phone would suddenly blackout with any prior notice.

The customer service is no help and ther service is really uinproffesional. I have not found any updates from the cherry mobile website addressing the problem.

• Low battery Life

Cherry mobile here in the philippines is known to have shitty battery life phones.It's sad because the phone is packed with power, the screen is ok for me,would you expect an Amoled screen for a 6,999 device?I don't think so.The phone only lasts 3-4 hours with wifi on and extensive gaming.

• Touchscreen Ghosting Problem

I have read from some blogs that Cherry Mobile Flare has this ghosting problem,Guess what the Cherry Mobile Flame 2.0 also has this ghosting problem when it gets hot. It occurs twice a day sometimes. The solution i found for this problem is to hard reboot the phone. (Remove battery for 10secs and then put it back.)

Overall Conclusion

The Cherry Mobile brand is really cheap but I guess you get your money's worth. You can't really complain about it because it is too packed for it's cheap price, of course it will always have a catch.

I still use this phone up until today and it still acts up everyday. i still owe my online activities to the phone. This post is no hate intended I am just stating the problem it has.

Many people are easily amazed by sites telling you that making money is easy as sitting on a couch. At first I was also amazed, I first stumbled upon a scam site when I was 15. I was so desperate to earn money for my gaming needs, I thought these sites are heaven sent and the answer to all my broke problems, I was wrong.

I was in for a ride full of lies and fake testimonials. Many websites would tell you how great there program is and it will make you hundreds of thousands by just doing nothing. The truth is they just want your money and  leave you for dead after the transaction is over.

I once worked for a call center who says getting grants is easy from the government but the truth is you need to undergo many processes before even getting one. I sold the product because I was told to, not because I find it useful. I couldn't take the fact that I was also scamming people through these calls. I definitely have to stop, So I quit the job. A scam site's operation may be a form of selling a particular service or product which is totally useless and a waste of precious time and money, In simple words products and services they claimed to be of use,but in reality all the things stated in the product doesn't really exist(more like false advertisements).

4. Online Training Modules
5. Hyped MLM (Multi Level Marketing)

• A Scam Site has no Forums

They don't have forums because they don't want users to communicate and tell experiences about how much of a scam site they are. They don't want the scammed users to share their experiences with the scam site, Because if the new users see this, it means major profit loss.

They think the people are so stupid to research about a particular site or product. You might see good reviews on products on the net, BEWARE they might be from greedy AFFILIATE MARKETERS who just wants their commission on a shitty and useless product.No hate intended for affiliate marketers,but please choose a product that would help people solve their problems,not add one.

If you already know how to spot these scams you will find yourself laughing because of this hilarious claims.

It just saddens me that many people have been lured because of this. As for me I have learned my lesson, RESEARCH on a service or product will save you all the burden of being scammed.

• A scam site would never give you Full and True information

An example of this would be the expensive scam called the lotto black book. The seller of this product calls himself Larry Blair,a professor from Oklahoma who got shot. He tells you that he helped people increase their winning rate in lotto to 50%. Is this even possible? THE ANSWER IS NO!!

The truth is Larry Blair is not from oklahoma and not a math professor. We don't even know if Larry Blair is the owner of this company. He even  used pictures of other people to portray and claim that the pictures were him. This is Total fraud!

The truth is the so called Larry Blair just used Michael Anderson's pictures. This concludes that Larry Blair is a Big Fat Shit stain and a scammer that must be apprehended.

I had this same experience when I was working as a telemarketer (I know we telemarketers are ANNOYING AS FUCK!). We would close a sale get the card info then extract the juice out of it every month. They cant quit because there's no way.

Some people would rather cut the card rather than continue with auto billings every month which would cost from around $100 a month.The company I was working with was scamming people to death. Which made me feel bad about myself.

I immediately left after the first week after knowing the operations. Guess what they were closed down for fraud and delayed payments on employees. Karma's a bitch ain't it?

• Scam Sites have hidden catches 

Scam sites love new prospects, they create a referral programs for people to scam other people and get compensated for it.,Pretty genius eh? Scam sites also love affiliate marketers who just promotes their product no even knowing what are it's uses.

Some scam with referrals would ask you to refer a lot of people,they promise to pay you a dollar each,The truth is they will never pay you. Some scam sites just wants you to waste your time for them to gain traffic.

While some other scam sites would ask you to refer and beg for people to join to be compensated. When they advertised the product they said you just need to click the mouse,but now why do you have to recruit to thrive?

Scam sites always have hidden catches, you will only find out about these things once you brought all the program package. The package would turn out to be a big pile of garbage and waste.

Undergraduate Jobs You Might Qualify For

Many people nowadays prefer not to finish school because of high tuition fees.Many undergrads may
wonder what is ahead of them without a job?

 It is a sad fact that not all people could carry on after High School. The expected reason would be daily expenses could not suffice to sustain tuition fees.

We undergrads must not mope because of our learning halted.School isn't the only way that could save us,there is hard work and humble beginnings.

We can still have a way in life. having a job molds our personality and perspectives in life.It can develop us into matured people and teach us how to act reasonably.

For those of you who are still uninformed,I will make a list of the jobs undergrads here in the Philippines or any part of the world that you could partake without Graduate credentials.

List of full-time undergrad JOBS you could partake (Assuming you've stopped going to school)

• Food Service Crew

Many people find food service a fun job to do while some don't.You might not like this job because of fear to grumpy and impatient customers,luckily this job doesn't really require a college graduate standards.

As long as you know how to serve food properly and handle customer queries well, You might find yourselves fit for the job.

Knowing how to serve and handle customers properly isn't the only factor if you're planning on going into this kind of job.

You must also be a person who regard cleanliness at all times, remember that it is food you're serving, you don't want a dirty looking  crew member handling your food right?

The only cons i find about this job are the grumpy and impatient customers. but you can easily overcome this situation by serving with enthusiasm and a big smile.

• Call Center Agent

Being a call agent is personally one of the first job i got my pay from.Personally i can tell you that this job is most preferred by undergrads like me.Without a graduate status, you can earn quite well.You can even have a salary of those who graduated.

People might think that being an agent is as easy as peeling a banana,it's not like every job out there.You will need skills.

the particular skills you need are the following:


1.)Written and Oral skills
2.)Basic Computer Operations

3.)Perseverance and Pursuasiveness

These 3 skills are the most essential things you need in entering this industry.Personally I'm a shy person and interacting with people isn't really my forte,but if you are working as a Call Center Agent you can be anything,NOT literally speaking.

I will tell you as early as now , being an agent is not as easy as everyone makes it seem. you need to consider the sleepless nights and  quotas or goals you are asked to reach.

With this Being my first job I was so nervous but as the days go by you'll also get the hang of things like I did.

• Sales Representative

If selling to people and getting them to buy your product is your talent,there are some companies who would hire young people to help them promote and sell their products,That is the time when we undergrads act.

I personally got hired by a company who sells steel doors and sliding windows. The job was somehow hard yet easy at the same time.

At that time I was given a list of clients,those clients belonged to the employee who  had to leave because of family reasons.

I was not new to the selling part because for the main reason that i worked as an outbound call center agent,but there was a big difference I need to face my customer, not just call them.

Its all new at first but you will get used to it.

In this job you have to create a good customer relationship.You have to call them and notify them and ask the clients if they still need something.

But before the constant notifying and asking for their needs you need to have the right timing.I forgot to tell never accept the first no for an answer if you're an aspiring salesman.

• Virtual Assistant

This job really doesn't require a graduate degree,but you need to have a great skill set specially if you are dealing with a foreign client. 

You must always be precise and on point with your work. This requires a lot of patience and dedication.

Being a Virtual Assistant you have to acquire good writing and oral skills.

You must be punctual because you don't want a dissatisfied Client. It could bring your Rep down. In this field ,to make it short , you need to have skills like a call center agent.

• Blogging

You might wonder why blogging is on the list. If you're unaware, blogging has earned some people thousands of dollars by posting high quality and unique content.

I have mentioned the things you should consider before choosing to make blogs as a profession.

Today I will help you with your first step to your venture by guiding you step by step to reach your first goal, STARTING YOUR BLOG. 

I will break it down in no particular order:

• Think of a blogging niche
  

Before we start what is a blogging niche?

Niche blogging (CanE, UK /ˈniːʃ/ or US /ˈnɪtʃ/)^[1] is the act of creating a blog with the intent of using it to market to a particular niche market. While it could be argued that every blog is, in some form, a niche blog, the term as it applies to marketing refers to a particular kind of blog.

Examples: Earn money, Save money, Cats (Believe it or not its famous in japan),Celebrity news.And The list goes on.

1. Write content that could give info and help people solve their problems.Be the person they need ,a leader to guide them through their problems.Your audience would eventually go back to you for more guidance and information if you correctly serve your purpose to them.
2. Writing good content is not enough, you need to be unique and give something more innovative.What I do is, I give detailed information which others ask you to pay for it, so I think that's what makes me different from the others, Don't you think?
3. Make the title of your post intriguing and interesting. Normal titled post would just lead your blog to extinction without the views.

• Sticking with your niche

1. You need to know your craft and stick to it. Don't worry  you can get out of your scope once in a while,but remember keep the majority of your post on point with your selected niche.You don't want to be labeled as a generalized blogger, in other words just like anybody else who just talks about random stuff.
2. Before you give something innovative and unique to people, know who your audience are. Know what they want and need, Asses yourself if do you have the proper answer and information to their queries? As for me I live in a country where there are lots of people who don't know how to earn online and fall for scams which is really unnecessary, this is the time where i should be into action.

These are the basic things you need to know on your start up process. Now we move on to the next part which is:

• Choosing Blog Platforms

Now that you're set into starting your own blog and you already know the essential things,You wonder where you could write the content that could touch people's lives.These 2 platforms are highly recommended  for beginners who are still clueless on how to start their own website/platfrom.

1. Blogger is the platform i'm currently using right now. It's easy to signup ding a,no need for cond best of all it's free.
2. Wordpress is a lot similar to Blogger, they are both easy to use. It also has lots of customizable themes for your blog and it's free.

After you have done all these steps,remember to write everything on paper as you brainstorm ideas on what to write. Never forget to read your post before even hitting the publish button.

• Customization of Your Chosen Blog Platform

Being unique means being different. What I mean is the customization of your blog. Luckily blogger allows you to customize a template. As you can see i have a custom banner and different aspects in my page. These factors allow you to be unique and distinctive among your fellow bloggers. Personality and Character defines you among your competition. So always keep this matter into consideration.
