Hi Guys!,

It's been a while and I would like to teach you thing I've learned while I was away. This is a surefire way to help everyone achieve your goal to finally earn money online through affiliate marketing.

What is affiliate marketing?

a marketing arrangement by which an online retailer pays commission to an external website for traffic or sales generated from its referrals.

to simplify this, it  is to promote a product and be paid for advertising the product.

Did you know that some estimates put the the Affiliate Marketing
Industry as high as $6.8 BILLION a YEAR in the US alone.

Industry-leaders like ClickBank PAY OUT MILLIONS in
commissions EVERY YEAR to their Affiliates.

As an Affiliate, your job is easy...

Just find people who want to buy a certain type of product.

When those people buy - you get paid commission.

It’s that simple!

Sounds simple and pretty doable, however not everyone can be a successful affiliate marketer.

I have come up with tips to surely help you jumpstart your journey to earn money online.

I have come up with a 4 step guide that will surely help you out.

5 Most Common Jobs For Undergraduates .

As an applicant without no credentials of a graduate, we are hesitant to look for a job because the feeling of rejection stings our confidence. We think that people who graduated are the ones who  can only land a job, that is actually not the case. With confidence and willingness to learn, you can land a job in no time.

Here are the 5 most common jobs you could land with an undergrad status.

1. Service Crew

Requirements:

White Health Card (Philippines)
Clearance (to prove you don't have a criminal record)
CV/Resume (of course, how would you apply without one)
Application Letter
Proof of education (High School diploma/Vocational Diploma)

This is the most common job for any undergraduate in the Philippines and most likely around the world. For starters all you need is good hygiene and proper grooming. Don't worry about the skill because it can be learned through training. Luckily, fast food chains are kind enough to help undergraduates land a job.

2. Promo Merchandiser

Requirements:

White/Green card (green for physical jobs like a hardware depot/furniture shop, white care for food)
Clearances (to prove you don't have a criminal record)
CV/Resume
Application Letter

This is my personal favorite, you basically just need to be confident and know what's in and what's not. as a promo merchandiser you are in charge of inventory, product display and profits monitoring. The job is not really that hard depending on what you are selling.   The basic skill you need to learn is providing excellent customer service, which is not that hard if you are good with people.

3. Telemarketer

Requirements:

Clearances (again to make sure that you don't have any criminal record)
Proof of Education
CV/Resume
Application Letter

I can personally attest that this has the highest income profitability as an undergraduate. the Philippines is well known as the best English  speaking country in Asia. I know that most people would hesitate because they are not that good with their English communication skills, remember that everything can be learned with wholehearted dedication and perseverance. All you need is good English speaking skills and good listening habits, if you already have this trait then good for you, if not keep practicing and eventually you will be ready. The last thing you should do to tackle this job is to be CONFIDENT.

4. Store Attendant

Requirements:

Clearances (I will go into detail, Police clearance/NBI clearance, anything that ends with clearance)
Proof of Education
CV/Resume
Application Letter

This job is actually a good stepping stone if you are planning to start your own business, you would actually have an idea of running your own business in the future. you just need to a have a pleasing personality in order to take up this kind of job. You just need to know the fundamental basics of life to take up a job this easy. I always repeat this phrase, always remember CONFIDENCE!

5. Factory Worker

Requirements:

Clearances (To make sure you do not have any public offense/crimes made)
Proof Of Education
CV/Resume
Application Letter

This is a good stepping stone if you have plans working overseas (if you are filipino). Most of the companies would welcome you with open arms, as a factory worker you are a part of the manufacturing of a particular product. All you need is the basic requirements and then you can start applying as a factory worker as soon as possible.

The Verdict:

Fear is just a word, Guts is the verb. Eliminate your fear of rejection, stop trying and start doing.
I hope this little post enlighten every undergrad who will come across this post.

Stay Tuned for the next episode.

2 Small BUSINESS ideas that could bring big profits

As a filipino living in a country with limited opportunities, I find myself asking about what could I do to progress and make extra income opportunities. Luckily I found answers through vigorous and intricate research. These ideas don't require a big sum of capital, and starting these ventures require little to no skill. with that being said, I would like to share some business ideas with all of you.

1.Repacking of spices and condiments

Here in the philippines spices and condiments are a big part of the kitchen. It makes food taste a lot better and adds a distinct flavor to every dish. with just P500 you can start with a variety of spices and condiments like ground pepper, sugar, salt, curry powder, laurel leaves etc etc.

What do we need to start this type of business?

+ Cheap plastic packaging

You can find this everywhere

+ Candle

This is for the repacking phase. If you have a machine, then good for you , if not you need a candle for manual repackaging. Be careful and mindful when using the candle to prevent fire.

+ Hardwork

of course everything needs hardwork and dedication.

2. Polvoron Making (powdered milk candy)

Polvoron is known for it's sweet and flavorful taste. It is commonly given as a present to occasions. Here in the philippines it is a commonly loved delicacy that every country can enjoy. making this delicacy does not require heap loads of capital and skill. with just a P1000 or 25 dollars you can start with minimal production.

>Ingredients:

All purpose flour
butter
refined sugar
molder
powdered full cream milk

>Procedure:

Toast the flour into a pan for 15 mins, continue until the flour is golden brown, keep stirring or the flour will burn.
mix the milk and the toasted flour for 4-5 mins.
Add the sugar and melted butter, mix well
after mixing everything you can start molding the polvoron.
you can wrap it with a colored cellophane wrapper
freeze it
DONE!

I really didn't dive deep into details because this is just an idea to enlighten readers, but still i hope you've learned something in this little post of mine. The next posts will be much more detailed than this so stay tuned for the episode :)

How not to Give Up in the Toughest Times

It's the first day of the month july and I just want to make a motivational post that would enlighten everyone who would ever stumble across my blog.I've been in many situations where I was bound and about to give up. Situations where there might be impossible soluttions. I've actually compiled the things I do when i'm on the verge of  quitting or giving up on a particular thing that i have passion doing.Giving up on something has many factors and causes,I've also compiled the causes and factors that causes an individual to give up and these are the following:

Causes and Factors why People give up:

1.)the primary reason why we give up on something is because the particular thing we do does't suffice to our daily needs or isn't profitable to many people's eyes. The common problems of everyone in the world is money.A big example would be an anonymous painter selling his craft on the streets, sooner or later he then finds out that he is not earning enough profit to suffice his needs.he then gives up because of the lack of funds and profit. The sad thing here is no one is safe, many people around the world have marvelous talent, yot they choose the less talented and already rich people who just buys their way to spotlight.Just an observation to any industry nowadays.

2.)The predicament of your elderly would also hold you back on the things you actually love doing. It could be your Parents or even Family members. You're parents or family could actually dictate you on what to do,what to further and what to be in life.If you're actually having this problem you might still living with your parents like me,I'ts hard but that is just the law of life. They could actually control your path,an example would be your parents would tell you that what you're doing is not gonna bring you any success in life, remember that not everyone is blessed with an overly supportive family/parent.This could actually bring you great frustration and could eventually lead to you giving up on what you want to do.

3.)You can be your own worst enemy,,you may find yourself in a tough slump with th factors I wrote above.you can be pushed to the edge or burned with the burden of the depression it might cause you.It can lead to a war within you, weighing your passion or the burden caused to you.I actually experienced the same scenario, having to fight out the wild criticism my family gave me towards my love for sharing my knowledge with people.I will tell you that not everyone can handle the urge of emotion, especially when you are down, you will be very vulnerable in quitting or giving up everything in just one snap.

The solution to these problems really lies within you and not other people.Learning not to give up is a worthy task worth learning and these are the possible solutions that could help you erase the thought of Giving up what you have started

How not to Give Up

  • When the going gets tough, surround yourself with positive and good people, they can uplift your spirit and remove sadness and depression.Surrounding yourself with positivity also gives you new reasons to further what you started and erase the thought of giving up.

  • The Mastermind Principle Alliance was introduced by the world famous author Napoleon Hill, this Mastermind Principle Alliance encourages you to make an alliance with people who are successful. It can boost what your passion is and it will give you more motivation through the succesful person's knowledge.the alliance could be made with people, not necessarily succesful but people who actually progress near to their goal.I can prove this method because I have made an alliance with a knowledgable and succesful blogger who taught me how to do things and made things easier.By using this principle you progress and eliminate the thought of giving up.

  • Focus more and avade procastination.Focus is one of the fundamentals of success. If we focus more on a particular thing,we learn more and become wiser each time we do the things we love,Sooner or later with enough knowledge,we learn the loopholes and cracks and solve the problems served at us with ease,Thus eliminating the thought of quitting and throwing away what we started.

  • Draw your ideas and look back, reflect and think about,"is this plan worth giving up?".Think about the major possibilites and opportunites you could achieve if you stopped and quit.what you've done. The only thing you will get if you passed on and threw the brilliant thing you started is regret.Always think twice when you're about to quit. This could actually give you more reasons to continue than reasons to stop or quit.

  • Avoid Jealousy and Envy. This could eventually cause major disappointment and frustrations in life, you will ask yourself why do they have this ,and why you don't.This could bring a mental hiatus and unstability.Instead envying other people of their success,MAKE YOUR OWN. This could make you work harder and set further goals ahead of you and eventually reach them, finally ridding yourself of the act of giving up.

Doing all these method would actually make your life better and will mold you as a better individual, these methods will also instert a major positivity in your mentality.

If you have more ways on how not to give up,comment below or follow me in G+ to know more about me.
Till Next Post.

Drawing your Ideas for a Better Business/Work Execution

Planning is actually an essential thing for every aspect of business and work. Planning requires Ideas and if you don't have an idea,it means that you don't have a plan yet.Let me share a method of mine which I personally use to have a better execution of a plan, which is drawing your ideas.

With drawing your ideas you get a particular vision and solid idea of what plans do you have. This might seem like a child's play but it actually works for me. You don't need to be an artistic person to do this, all you need to have is the sense of creativity and distinct vision of what outcome do you really want to achieve.

let me show you an example of what I mean...

You can see here that my drawings are not good, but I can see those drawings move in my mind, creativity and imagination is at work in making my ideas and plans go to work.By doing this it gives you a more solid look on what output you want to achieve.

The benefit of doing this is, if ever you run out of ideas, you could just look back at the piece of paper you drew all your ideas and plans and it would give you an instant inspiration to move forward and proceed.

I suggest during your free time draw ideas that you would like to implement in the future, who knows, maybe these ideas of yours would be your next plan to execute a better business.

if you find these post helpful and interesting +1 these post and share with all your circles.
Till Next Post.

How to Unleash The Inner Blogger in You

These past few years I have been hesitating on starting my own blog. Honestly I am a shy type of person who would find it awkward to mingle with people, you might find me as an anti social dude, but there's something in me that wants the world to be a better place,a place where everyone's problems are easily solved. In other words and to make it simple,I want to help everyone solve their problems and the only way to do that is to make a blog.Back then I was too scared to start,I was locked in my own prison. I saw many people flourished because of blogging and heard many success of people making it in this kind of industry.

I have been asking myself questions back then, people who made it are probably masters of the craft. I forgot to ask myself that these people were also beginners like myself, after that everything has changed. My insights drastically changed,I developed a vision of what positive things would happen if I start immediately.

Today I will share the things that unleashed the hidden blogger in me. You might find this post funny but I would just like to share my experience and opinion towards this matter.
  • Rid yourself with fears
My primary fear back then was, what if people would laugh at me,English is not my primary language and they might laugh at the way i portray my message, they might criticize my grammar,I'm not an expert I might not properly cater an answer for their queries and my most fear of all the feeling of rejection.

Overcoming these fears are really hard,it's really hard to get out of the extra ordinary and have a more useful purpose. All I actually did was to actually take action and wait for actual feedback from people who came across my blog.Surprisingly I received great feedback and all the fears were actually gone in an instant. It seriously unleashed the inner blogger in me.
  • Action and Implementation
The hardest part of unleashing the blogger in you is action. We people are always prone to procrastination,we tend to do things later instead of now. I remember back then I was reading a book titled Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill,I was reading it and I never actually got he message there. I thought of it as a handbook with a step by step guide. I never actually got the message until one day, I reviewed the book and went back to square one.

I was literally astounded by the truth stated on the book.Act now and stop procrastinating.Everyone has the potential of being creative, we must immediately take action to plan on what to do and let our creative minds at work.

  • Plan,Visualize,Wonder
Planning is crucial. Planning is an essential and most important in blogging. I personally sketch and visualize the outcome of a posts. it literally gives something out of the box when you do this. With planning and visualizing, you practice the act of being creative. Treat every post as a Masterpiece. I see to it that what I publish is 100%. Planning let's you create a well thought post.every blogger says "Content is King" and this is where planning and visualization comes into play. to conclude this Planning,Visualizing and Sketching my Ideas tapped the creator in me.

  • Take Breaks
There will always be a time where our motivation fades and frustration takes place instead of inspiration. The best way to overcome this is don't deprive yourself with long breaks. Taking a break is NOT slacking off. What i personally do is when I'm burned out with all the work, I turn off my laptop and move on to do none stress related things.Sometimes when you diverse your attention to fun things,You'll find new sense of motivation. Taking a break sometimes taps your inner creator, It gives new inspirations and creative Ideas.I forgot to tell you always bring a note and pen everywhere you go because ideas may come at times you least expect it.

  • Always take an extra mile
Moving forward is the primary concept and reaching your goal is the success. Taking your craft an extra mile ,like blogging. I personally take things to the next level every single day. A new day means new things to be learned. An example of this concept would be a car that takes an extra mile sees more things than the car who stops at an earlier stop. Taking breaks and taking an extra mile might contradict but remember a car that takes an extra mile also overheats, taking a break is for everyone.

I hope that the people reading this post would tap the inner blogger and creator in them
Have a nice day people :D
